Sample Cart or Request Order? How to Buy Wholesale Jewelry from ELARLACE

ELARLACE offers two ways for retailers to purchase jewelry:

  • Use the Sample Cart for small sample orders that can be paid online.
  • Submit a Request Order for larger, mixed-style, or more customized wholesale orders.

Both options use wholesale pricing. The main difference is the size and complexity of the order.

What is the Sample Cart?

The Sample Cart is designed for retailers who want to purchase a small number of pieces and check out online.

When you add a product to the Sample Cart, the cart uses the displayed Wholesale / Sample Price. It does not use the Suggested Retail Price.

The Sample Cart is useful when you want to:

  • Test a new jewelry style
  • Review product quality before expanding the assortment
  • Purchase a small number of sample pieces
  • Check how a style fits your store display
  • Start with a straightforward product selection

The checkout total is calculated using the wholesale or sample price shown on the product page.

What is the Request Order?

The Request Order is designed for retailers who are planning a larger or more customized purchase.

You should consider submitting a Request Order when you want to:

  • Order 10 or more pieces
  • Combine several styles or categories
  • Build a mixed assortment
  • Ask about additional savings
  • Confirm availability from a U.S. warehouse
  • Discuss a larger opening order
  • Review a planned trial order starting from 20 pieces

Submitting a Request Order does not require payment at the request stage. ELARLACE will review your selected styles and quantities, then confirm availability and possible additional savings.

You can submit a request through the ELARLACE wholesale inquiry page.

Which option should I choose?

Your buying situation Recommended option

You are testing one style Sample Cart
You want 10 or more pieces Request Order
You want mixed styles Request Order
You want to ask about additional savings Request Order

If your purchase is simple and small, the Sample Cart is the faster option. If your order includes multiple styles, larger quantities, or specific buying requirements, the Request Order gives the ELARLACE team more information to review.

How does pricing work?

ELARLACE product pages show two prices:

  • Wholesale / Sample Price
  • Suggested Retail Price

The wholesale or sample price is the retailer purchase reference. It is used in the Sample Cart and shown in the checkout process for eligible sample purchases.

The suggested retail price is a customer-facing reference. Retailers can use it when planning how to display and price the products in their stores.

Price type Used for
Wholesale / Sample Price Retailer purchase and Sample Cart checkout
Suggested Retail Price Customer-facing price planning

The Suggested Retail Price is not used to calculate the Sample Cart total.

For larger or mixed orders, additional savings may be available depending on the selected styles and quantities. These details are reviewed through a Request Order.

Can I use the Sample Cart for a mixed order?

The Sample Cart is best for a simple sample purchase with clearly selected products.

If you want to combine several styles, categories, or quantities into a larger assortment, submit a Request Order instead. This allows ELARLACE to review the full product mix and discuss possible additional savings.
