ELARLACE offers two ordering paths for retail buyers: Sample Cart and Request Order. The right choice depends on whether the purchase is a simple online sample order or a larger, mixed, or more customized wholesale order.
The two paths also handle payment differently. Sample Cart proceeds to online checkout. Request Order is submitted without payment so ELARLACE can review the products, quantities, availability, destination, and possible additional savings first.
Option 1: Sample Cart with online payment
Sample Cart is designed for eligible small purchases that are ready for online checkout.
- Browse the ELARLACE product collection.
- Select the product, size, or variant.
- Review the Wholesale / Sample Price.
- Add the product and quantity to the Sample Cart.
- Review the cart total and checkout information.
- Complete payment online.
The cart uses the Wholesale / Sample Price. The Suggested Retail Price is not charged at checkout; it is displayed as a reference for customer-facing retail planning.
Option 2: Request Order without payment at submission
Request Order is designed for purchases that need review before payment. It is generally the better route when a buyer wants:
- 10 or more pieces
- A mixed-style assortment
- A standard trial order starting from 20 pieces
- Additional savings review
- Inventory confirmation
- A delivery-date discussion
- A larger opening or replenishment order
No payment is required when the request is first submitted. ELARLACE reviews the request and confirms the applicable product, price, availability, and fulfillment details before the order moves forward.

How does payment work in the Sample Cart?
The buyer submits payment during Shopify checkout using the payment methods available on the checkout page. The order is not complete until checkout confirms that payment and order submission have succeeded.
Do not use the Suggested Retail Price to calculate the payable amount. The Sample Cart total is based on the Wholesale / Sample Price, quantities, and any applicable tax shown at checkout.
How does payment work after a Request Order?
The initial Request Order is an inquiry and review step, not a paid checkout. ELARLACE uses the submitted details to review the selected SKUs, quantities, stock, shipping destination, and possible additional savings.
After the request has been reviewed, ELARLACE provides or confirms the next payment and order-confirmation steps applicable to that request. Buyers should pay only according to the confirmed instructions associated with their order.
Is shipping charged separately?
ELARLACE currently includes standard shipping in the selling price, so an eligible order does not receive a separate standard shipping charge. Applicable taxes or special destination requirements are separate considerations.

Which method should I use for a mixed assortment?
Use Request Order. A mixed assortment benefits from a review of the full SKU list, quantities, availability, and destination. It also gives ELARLACE an opportunity to assess whether additional savings are available.
Which method should I use for one or two test products?
Use Sample Cart when the selected products are eligible for online checkout and no additional order review is needed.
What information should be checked before payment?
- Product title and SKU
- Selected size, color, or variant
- Quantity
- Wholesale / Sample Price
- Shipping address
- Applicable tax shown at checkout
- Expected delivery timing
For a Request Order, also confirm the final quotation or order details supplied after review.
Can a Request Order be used for a time-sensitive purchase?
Yes. Include the destination ZIP code and required arrival date. ELARLACE can compare those details with stock and warehouse location before confirming the order plan.
